Paulette Clark-Norfleet is an accomplished production executive and operations leader with more than three decades of experience managing complex film, television, and entertainment productions for major studios and global streaming platforms. Throughout her career, she has built a reputation for exceptional project management, strategic problem-solving, and leading high-performing teams in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
Her career has afforded her the opportunity to collaborate on productions involving some of the entertainment industry's most respected filmmakers and talent, including Spike Lee, Penny Marshall, John Travolta, Tina Fey, and Kasi Lemmons, among many others. Working across feature films, television series, music videos, and streaming productions has given Paulette a broad understanding of both the creative and operational sides of production.
Most recently, Paulette served as Manager of Studio Transportation at Netflix, where she oversaw transportation operations supporting feature films and original series, In addition to ensuring regulatory compliance, she partnered with Production, Safety, Legal, and Labor teams, introduced innovative operational programs, and helped streamline transportation processes across productions.
Prior to Netflix, Paulette built a distinguished freelance career as a Producer, Assistant Production Manager, Production Coordinator, and DOT Compliance Manager for major motion pictures and television productions. She successfully led production logistics, staffing, scheduling, budgeting, and regulatory compliance while consistently delivering operational excellence under demanding production schedules.
Earlier in her career, Paulette served as Interim Director of Video Production for Elektra Records, overseeing music video productions for artists including Fabolous, Jason Mraz, and Staind. She managed projects from concept through completion while coordinating artists, directors, production companies, and label executives to ensure successful execution.
An award-winning creative professional, Paulette received the Business Development Grant for Artists & the Creative Industry from the City of Hartford and the National Association for Multi-Ethnicity in Communications (NAMIC) Excellence Award for Internet/New Media. Beyond production, she is an accomplished photographer, and former certified tennis instructor whose career reflects a passion for creativity, innovation, collaboration, and leadership.
